BRZD系列智能电子电动机保护器 WHZD seres smart protector applicable 一、概述　　BRZD系列智能电子电动机保护器用于交流电源电压24-660V，频率50Hz或60Hz的供电电路中，与交流接交流接触器等开关组成电动机控制电路。用作于三相电动机的缺相、三相电流不平衡、过载的保护。当电动机的供电电路，二次回路出现缺相，三相电流不平衡、过载等故障时，保护器能及时切断负载的工作电源，从而可靠地保护电动机。本装置采用穿芯式电流取样电路，通过内置精密电压比较器控制，其输出端口采用无触点的固态式交流电子开关（检验开关的通断特性时不能用万用表的电阻档位进行测试）。　　BRZD series smart protector applicable to an evectromotor is applicable tohe circuit with the alternating-current supply voltage 24-660V,Frequency 50Hz or 60Hz,combining the ACContactor and other switches to be an electromotor for controlling the circuit.It can be three-phrase electromotor’s lose phrase when threephrase alternating-current is unbalanceorov erload protected.If the second circuit appears lose phraseor three phrase alternating-current is unbalance or overload while electromotor isworking,the protector will immediatelycut off the current supply.So it can protect the electromotor credibly.This equipment adopts the circuit withpunching cores’current,and controls the circuit with the inside nicety voltage comparator,and the output port is contactless solid AC electronic switch,(whichcan’t use multimeter resistance standard when xamineing the make-break capacity). 二、主要功能 Main Function1、保护功能：过载、缺相、堵转、三相电流不平衡、欠压等。2、故障显示：具有A相、B相、C相工作电源指示（任一相缺相所示指示灯熄灭），过载显示（电机工作电流超过额定动作电流时，保护器内部电路作2S-14S延时过载指示灯亮，并关闭电机工作电源）。3、出现上述故障现象：停止指示灯亮，同事关闭电机工作电源。4、设定功能：可现场设置额定电流值及过流保护延时时间。1、Protect function:Overload、phase failuer、block、three phase current unbalance、under-voltahe etc.2、Error display:With phase A、phaseB、phaseCworking power indicating(any one of the three phases failed,the indicating lamp off), overload display(when the mo tor working current exceed the rated operating current,the protector inside circuit will deliver a 2S-14S delay,the overload indicating lamp on),switch off the motor working power supply(ZDS-1 type has current display).3、The said error appeared:The Stop indicating lamp on,and switch off the workingpower supplay of the motor.4、Set function:Can set the rated current value and over-current protect delayingtime on site 三、功能叙述 Functional description1、过载保护：当电动机电流大于额定电流值的1.2-5倍时保护器的延时动作时间14S-0.3S，具有良好的反时限特性。断相保护：当三相电源任一相电源断相或断线T≤2S。堵转保护：当工作电流达到整机电流8倍以上时T≤0.3S。三相电流不平衡保护：三相中任二相电流差T≤10S。欠压保护：动作电源范围35-70％。，额定工作电源T≤10S。2、LC1交流接触性能机械寿命≥100万次；电压：AC380V±15％；频率：50/60Hz±2％；保护器功耗≤2W吸合电压：85％-110％US；释放电压：75％-20％US1、Overload protec t:When the working current of the motor exceeds its rated current 1.2-5 times the delay-action time of the protector is 14S-0.3S.it has excellent renersetime limit function Phase failure protect:When any one of the three phases is failed,T≤2SBlock protect:WHen the working current reaches to 8times even more of the machine current T≤0.3S Three phase current unbal ance protect:Any tow phasecurrent of the three Phase are wead T≤10S Under-voltage protect:The working power supply range35-70％。,the rated working power upply T≤10S2、LC1 AC Contactor Function Mechanical life≥1 million times;Voltage:AC 380V±15％；Frequency:50/60Hz±2％；Protector consumption ≤2W；The matches voltage:85％-110％US;Release the electric voltage:75％-20％US 四、正常工作条件 Normal Service Condition1、海拔高度不超过1500M；2、环境温度：-10℃～+40℃，相对温度不超过50％，在较低的温度下允许有较大的相对温度≤90％；3、环境污染等级：3级；4、在无特强烈冲击振动的地方。1、Altitude:not more than 1500m.2、Ambi ent temperature:-10℃～+40℃,relative humidity:notmore than 50％,relative higher humidity is allowed in lower temperature ≤90％3、Environmental pollution grade;3 grade.4、Aplace without violent impace and vibration. 五、适用范围 Applicaton scope 保护器型号适用电机功率（KW）备注BRZD-09A1.5 BRZD-09A2.2 BRZD-09A3 BRZD-12A4 BRZD-25A5.5 BRZD-25A7.5 BRZD-40A11 BRZD-40A15 BRZD-65A18 BRZD-50A22配星三角起动器Equip with star-delta starterBRZD-65A37配星三角起动器Equip with star-delta starterBRZD-95A75配星三角起动器Equip with star-delta starter 特列规格可根据客户要求定做Special specification can be custom made according to customer’s requirement 六、保护器接线图 Wirlng DiagramR、S、T:Three phase AC power supply　　F1、F2、F3:Fuse wire　　K1、K2、K3:Main NO Contact of the comtactor　　CJ:LC1 AC contactor 1、2:Terninal number of protector 3、4:External-connected control terminal short connected if there is no outconnected control wire)H1、H2、H3:Conductor hole of protector K;Manual swich JR:AC contactor coil M:Three phase motor 七、注意事项 Points For Attention1、用户应根据电动机的额定电流值，选择相应的电流规格的保护器。2、初次使用保护器，请按照说明书中保护器接线图进行安装。3、保护器的工作电源应与电动机的控制回路电源相同。4、请勿拆调保护器内部元件，否则改变保护器性能。1、User should select the protector with correct corrent accrding to the ratdc current of the motor.2、For fist operaton,please mount the protector according to the wiring diagram in the instruction book.3、The working power supply of the potector shoud be same with the control circuit power supply of the motor.4、Don’e dismount and replace the inner element of the protentor,otherwies itsproperty will be changed.
