简介:介绍了最近一期《世界石油》杂志发布的新产品,其中包括斯伦贝谢公司的流体导流装置、哈里伯顿公司的深水内部控制阀等。

Miniature check valve

The Lee Company’s new 250 Zero Leak Chek is the latest addition to Lee’s line of miniature, zero-leak check valves. Available in forward- and reverse-flow configurations, the valve uses an elastomeric seat to achieve zero leakage. The remaining components are constructed entirely of stainless steel. The valve flows over 62 L/min. (air) at 25 psi difference, with a diameter of only 0.250 in. Nominal weight is 3.8 g, and maximum working pressure is 3,000 psi difference.

Fluid diversion service

Schlumberger announces the release of its new StimMORE fluid diversion service for diverting fracture treatments along a wellbore in cemented or openhole completions. Used in combination with the StimMAP LIVE hydraulic fracture stimulation diagnostics service, which delivers microseismic data while the fracture treatment is pumped, StimMORE allows real-time optimization of fracture treatments. The service can be used in most well geometries and is suited to horizontal wellbores, both cased-hole and open-hole, up to a maximum temperature of 121°C (250°F). This service is especially well-suited for use in shale formations. The diversion slurries can be pumped on the fly as part of the main treating fluid, diverting the fracture as needed based on the real-time integration of microseismic data. The slurries are based on standard fracturing fluids and proppants, with the addition of a mix of materials that enable fracture diversion.

Deepwater internal control valve

WellDynamics, a Halliburton company, announced the availability of its HS Interval Control Valve (HS-ICV), which is debris-tolerant and designed for high-pressure, deepwater environments characterized as severe operating conditions. The valve enables deployment of intelligent well systems in more extreme environments. Features include: proprietary metal-to-metal seal, allowing for high unloading capacity; a customizable flow trim; and optional position sensors to provide real-time confirmation of remotely actuated valve movements. The valve’s flow trim ensures complete metal-to-metal seal integrity when exposed to heavy wellbore debris. A one-piece valve mandrel design eliminates the potential for debris to be trapped inside the tool, preventing valve movement. The seal also enables the valve to unload at a maximum differential pressure of 5,000 psi, and has been tested for seal integrity at both low and high pressure differentials of up to 10,000 psi. The valve can be used either in simple intervention avoidance applications or in more versatile advanced reservoir management choking applications. For the choking application, the HS-ICV can be accurately positioned using WellDynamics’ Accu-Pulse incremental positioning module. Alternatively, in dry-tree applications, it can be positioned using the company’s surface positioning technology. In either application, optional onboard position sensors track and provide real-time confirmation of the movement of the flow trim.

Full-range motor control

Rockwell Automation has released the Allen-Bradley OneGear product line, which provides a full range of motor control center and power control center options. The OneGear line is a medium-voltage motor control specifically designed for use with full-voltage and solid-state, reduced-voltage applications, supporting operating voltages up to 15 kV. Using both vacuum-contactor and circuit-breaker switching technology, the products are available with optional arc-resistant cabinets that meet IEE C37.20.7 and IEC Type 2 protection. They also offer remote monitoring, diagnostic capability and in-depth motor protection for maximum motor utilization while avoiding damage and downtime. The product line includes the full-voltage nonreversing controller, intelligent protection systems, and 10-kV to 15-kV SMC Flex controllers featuring ArcShield cabinet design and Allen-Bradley PowerBrick technology.

DTS monitoring for harsh environments

Sensornet announced the launch of its Oryx Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) unit, designed for tough monitoring needs. The system is designed for harsh environments ranging from desert to sub-zero conditions. Combined with satellite, radio link or fiberoptic communications, the Oryx becomes a powerful remote logging DTS unit. The autonomous, low-powered system, able to operate from solar or wind power, has a continuous monitoring range of up to 5,000 m and a sampling resolution of 1 m. It can operate in environmental temperatures from -40º to +65ºC. The housing enclosure is IP66 rated or above to ensure weatherproof and dust-proof deployment. The system has a wide range of flexible communication options and a direct link to PCs or laptops. Setup, channel configuration and measurement can be performed remotely, eliminating the requirement to be in the vicinity of the DTS unit at the wellsite. Additional on-board memory ensures that a high quantity of measurements can be taken, suitable for “drive-by” collection of data, where a communications system would be cost prohibitive.
